Payment Options/ Fees

We are happy to work with different payment methods! Acceptable payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Check.

$50.00 cancellation fee applies to all cleanings that are not cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning

$25.00 pet fee applies to all cleanings

*Prices vary per house and are based off home size, man power, & time it will take to complete. Extra charges for extra half baths and living spaces*

Do you supply your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! We supply our own cleaning products & tools such as vacuums, mops, rags etc. If you would like us to use your own personal cleaning products or tools please let us know at the time of booking.

Do you take emergency cleanings?

We do offer emergency services for an additional fee. It will be disguinished once we see the severity of which we need to clean, man power it will take and whether or not there are pets. 24 hours notice is preferred, same day is still an option depending on our availability.

Do you have any fees?

We do have a $25 pet fee, as well as a $50 cancellation fee before if not cancelled 24 hours before booked cleaning.

Extra fees will apply to General & Deep cleanings if home has more than one living space/half bathrooms. Prices vary.

What is the difference between a General Cleaning and Deep Cleaning/Spring cleaning?

General cleanings are usually scheduled daily, weekly, monthly or on as needed basis. You can expect us to be there for approximately 1- 1 1/2 hours.

Deep cleaning/ seasonal cleanings are a more thorough cleaning and scheduled monthly, seasonally or as needed. You can expect us to be there for 2-3 hours depending on size of home.

Do you have “green” cleaning products?

Yes, but we do ask if you would like for us to use them please let us know at the time of booking.
